There are approximately 35 - 50 lodges planned and the site is specifically designed with few facilities to take advantage of the peace and tranquillity on offer. Stroll around the woodland with the remains of a unique ancient hill fort where various birds and wildlife can be seen or for the young there is a children’s playground. There are many attractions to choose close by including The Eden Project Tintagel with its Arthurian Legends Clovelly with its steep stepped cobbled streets Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood Launceston Steam Railway the South West Coast path and more. In the evenings relax on the decking area make use of the extensive communal grounds or visit one of many local family pubs all serving good food.The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with gas hob electric oven fridge/freezer microwave and washer/dryer. The comfortable lounge area has flame effect electric fire flatscreen TV DVD and Freeview. Regret no children under the age of 5 years. Outside: decked area and extensive communal grounds. Amenities: ample parking adjacent to lodge. Bed linen electric and central heating included. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Location: beach 5 miles shop and pub within 2 miles.

Well furnished equipped and insulated this is the ideal spot for Winter or Summer. There is an enclosed lawned garden with summer house BBQ and table tennis is in the barn. You will be in the heart of the countryside and yet only a few miles from the wonderful Cornish coast with its sandy beaches and popular attractions including The Milky Way and only 45 minutes drive from The Eden Project.Leisure facilities: hard tennis court (equipment available). Games barn: with table tennis pool table skittle alley Wii Sport children’s playhouse and indoor games. There is also a large sand play area for younger children (at parents own risk). The barn is also useful as an extra under cover BBQ or picnic area.  The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner with TV video DVD hi-fi (video library for all ages). Kitchen area at one end with dishwasher fridge freezer washing machine and many extras.
