Exhilarating walking on Bodmin Moor Sterts open air theatre and the famous Carnglaze Caverns are all close by whilst the quaint and exceptionally pretty village of Polperro (once a thriving centre for the smuggling trade) Plymouth the fascinating Eden Project and Lanhydrock and Cotehele (both N.T.) are all a little further afield.
